If you do then just follow these steps.

1. Choose the type of bookmark you want.

2. Fill out the google form for it.

3. Go to the make a payment section of the website and then follow the steps there. Make sure to add your name in the google form and in the email and make sure you send it to osambookmarks@gmail.com.
